Great process and methodology that really helps you hone your sales skills and fact check your deals. You will become better at closing sales and forecasting accurately after spending time at Zscaler. The pay is very fair on the market and the product market fit is high. Competition is coming strong for the space, which makes deals difficult and usually commercial based.

Very tribal org. Segmentation has too many tiers. Constant turnover at all levels of the org. Packs of people come and go. Recent exoduses have gone to Palo Alto Networks and a few of the Israeli Vapourware pump and dump cyber shops.

Made good money but leadership was really bad at their jobs. We are all a number in sales but that place made sure you knew it.
