Current Employee Overall, it's a great company. My P&L is a secondary product. It does well, but has issues that are not priorities. As long as you're part of the main product you're golden. Great people all around a joy to work at. Annual territory changes and VC changes make it difficult with longer enterprise sales cycles. Lots of CYA slows processes. If you have ever worked for a firm where VC rules the P&P, this fits that. It's not bad, but for some it's challenging.
