Darktrace has a great product and incentive structure if you have the luck to get good accounts allocated. There is basically no inbound through marketing or partners. Also the SDR organisation is not adding much to an AEs pipeline. There is close to no development after the onboarding, Directors or VP have been former AEs, therefore little dynamic to improve the sales process as it has worked in the past.

My overall experience was very subpar. Darktrace isn't trying to help you. Company policies actively work against their AEs and only promote Datkrace making money. You might find a couple good people here but not worth the time. Use as stepping stone to get into cyber security space.
