Leadership lacks consistency, with constant changes and reactionary decisions. The 2025 comp plan took a major hit, making motivation difficult even for top reps. What I initially thought were growing pains now appear to be the norm, given the high turnover.

My overall experience wasn’t the best. Back in 2022-2023 the org wasn’t sure what direction they were headed in which made being an AE difficult from the lack of consistency in plans/leadership.

When I started the team was being built, KPIs were clear and attainable. After some change in leadership and quota adjustment, things started going downhill. We were given our comp plans with 1 month left in the quarter. We were given a threshold type compensation with no adjustment to base pay, which would be normal for the market.
