My overall experience wasn’t the best. Back in 2022-2023 the org wasn’t sure what direction they were headed in which made being an AE difficult from the lack of consistency in plans/leadership.

The product is good. The CRM is terrible and it really impacts the work flow for everyone in the sales department, especially the SDRs. Success is entirely measured by meetings occurred for SDRs.
