Current Employee2.1Feb 7, 2024Really a sink or swim environment. There was a good market fit like 4 years ago but now the tech is not very unique and is quite expensive. The managers who built their careers within Darktrace are very unprofessional, constantly pissing off clients and customers, and don't understand how sales orgs or companies in general other than Darktrace operate.

Here’s the issue they go into some really deep sh*t with their investors and now decision are being made from a board level at least from the sales side. We don’t hear from our CEO anymore.
