While historical attainment for sales reps has not been great. The company has made intentional changes that I think will result in many more AEs achieving and exceeding their numbers. Former Employee3.6Aug 1, 20231. Good product - serious issues with sales management. In order to shorten sales cycles we forget that we actually deal with humans that cannot be forced into a sale. 2. Pre Sales over formalizes expectations on qualification instead of supporting sales. 3. Instead of fixing the huge management issues, new sales are hired.
