Former Employee I believe the Sales Engineering team is full of incredible and intelligent people. A group of very experienced data practitioners. Unfortunately, leadership is a bit of a mess - lack of sales process, ownership, and accountability plague the organization. Many reps do not hit quota numbers and the organization has been underperforming targets as a whole. In addition, compensation is fixed by role and there is no room for negotiation based on performance. Finally, the compensation package is lower than the industry standard. Leadership emphasizes that total compensation (OTE + equity value) is in line with the industry standard
