Front is a greta product and has a 10/10 culture but there is no product fit. No product visibility. Multiple re orgs and constantly adjusting their ICP. The quota makes no sense in the fact that meetings can be set but no money made for the business… which leads to cutting a majority of the sales team. (Multiple times) Great people to work with but the sales dev org has no real process or structure. You're just a number here.

Working here is made better by the people who you work with because it feels like trauma bonding each day. No one seems to know what is actually going on here and where the product is going. Favoritism is oddly relevant here
