Former Employee Unfortunately there’s little to no direction for Front. Constant changes, a poor product market fit, and stubborn executive leadership who trip over their own egos. They expect growth, but don’t invest in the means to do it. No brand awareness or marketing investments, no AE headcount additions, and sole reliance on inbound lead flow which wasn’t good. This is not a true, healthy sales or company culture - it’s an order taking culture and I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Browse Other Reviews
