Former Employee3.7May 15, 2025Front is a greta product and has a 10/10 culture but there is no product fit. No product visibility. Multiple re orgs and constantly adjusting their ICP. The quota makes no sense in the fact that meetings can be set but no money made for the business… which leads to cutting a majority of the sales team.
