Great product, great organization as a whole, but the leadership did not understand the mid-market segment at all. The go-to-market strategy for the mid-market was ineffective.

Across my segment last year, only 13% of reps hit their number. This year, it's going to be even lower. The average for SaaS is around 65%. The quotas are simply unattainable, expect to make a tad more than your base compensation - would not expect to hit your OTE.
