The changes in leadership and transparency over the last 18 months have been a great improvement and I believe in the direction iCIMS is heading as an organization.

"My overall experience was positive however the product-market fit was challenging due to lack of language capability, immature product (not a solution), and lack of brand awareness. Training was minimal across GTM teams, limited single source truth reporting, and culture suffered as no one was winning".
