My overall experience has been positive as I started as an IC and have had the opportunity to step into a leadership position. The company has grown immensely in the last 5 years via acquisition and certain teams still have potential but the core business is slowly dying due to aggressive PE-backed pricing increases and lack of product enhancement. Senior leadership is only focused on results and does not acknowledge any data that conflicts with the board's expectations for growth.

The recruiter and my boss left before I started. My bosses boss left within 30 days. The entire team which was supposed to be hitting their number had mostly left the team.
