Current Employee2.7Dec 11, 2025pretty solid. great for new sales reps to see if they are built for it
Former Employee2.3May 28, 2024Overall working there was a great first start in the industry but other than that; it was soul sucking. Working there was filled with a lot of inconsistencies and truly they need to be better.

Former Employee3.9Nov 26, 2024The training I received at memoryBlue was top notch and I believe the role was a perfect entry level job out of college. I hit quota every month over an 11 month period and earned the title of Senior SDR after 6. The base compensation is low when you first begin, but quickly rises to a pretty standard pay after about 9 months.
