There’s a bi-annual bonus related to performance as well as other factors like teamwork and culture, and it’s not comparable to commission structures in other companies in terms of amount of money. But I still chose to work at Monday for the overall experience and growth opportunities.

Former Employee3.7May 30, 2025The Work Management products are good and easy to sell, but the products like CRM and Service are really bad compared to the competition especially as you sell to larger customers. If you have to sell CRM, Service or Dev the products suck and you will lose all the time.
