There’s a bi-annual bonus related to performance as well as other factors like teamwork and culture, and it’s not comparable to commission structures in other companies in terms of amount of money. But I still chose to work at Monday for the overall experience and growth opportunities.

Current Employee2.7Aug 7, 2023Great company overall but they don't believe in remote work and will not offer career progression beyond IC roles for remote employees even though they were hired for remote positions in the first place. Base pay is amazing but they push you to sell well into 120-170% with hardly any accelerators.
