Current Employee My overall experience was good. They have a high base because you do not get commission. You get 2 bonuses a year. For your H1 quota attainment, you get paid at the end of October and for your H2 quota attainment you get paid out the following year at the end of April. They do this so you can't leave. The bonuses are comprised of your % to quota, your teams % to quota, and the companies success to their annual goal. So even if you are a superstar, you can still get docked based on the success of everyone else. His stress environment with an expectation of hitting every single month. However, great people and culture!
