Current Employee It is fine. You just need to work ALOT. A lot of micromanagement. I definitely agree with the other reviews stating that micromanagement is horrendous here. A lot of unnecessary group meetings which takes time out of prospecting. The company is having a lot of issues regarding finding territories that are overworked but it’s honestly impossible at this point. You can honestly easily succeed and they will give you the resources to do so, you just need to buckle up and work harder than you ever have compared to any sales org (at least the ones I’m used too).
I’d have written a much better review but I’m strapped for time.
