Current Employee Rubrik is a fantastic place to start your career however there is almost NO chance you will ever be promoted into an AE role. They extend the timeline, play major favorites, and have a toxic culture (you are a number). The people are great, the managers are great, but upper leadership has extreme expectations because they are afraid of losing their own jobs (we have to make at least 185 dials every day and quotas have increased an extreme amount and only go up). If you work hard and play the game, you can make good money and get great experience that will help you in your future- but highly doubtful that future is at Rubrik long-term
