There was a clear gap and lack of experience at the SDR leadership level. Lots of nepotism across the organization. Although the enablement processes were fine-tuned and well-laid out, SDRs are treated entirely like school children.

Great product; sales culture and segmentation going in the wrong direction; quotas are ridiculous as attainment levels keep dropping - company doing well but comp plan continually less lucrative every iteration.

Rubrik is a fantastic place to start your career however there is almost NO chance you will ever be promoted into an AE role.
