Great Product. It sells. Incredible training and enablement. Your success will depend almost entirely on the team/role that you're in. My experience with direct management has been negative with heavy micro-management. There are reps making a lot of money, but only do so at the cost of their personal lives. Worklife/balance doesn't exist here. Haven't been here long, but the consensus is that the org has been much better in the past and the sales culture has deteriorated with rising, unrealistic goals.

My overall experience has been underwhelming. Great product, a mix of talented and less talented individuals, but there’s been too much change over the last several months that has disrupted the org’s ability to perform to the best of its potential. Culture has also been deteriorating for a few years.

Rubrik has become a pressure cooker over the last 12 months and has ramped up the pressure in the last 6 months. Potential to make money is there but you will be micromanaged and ground into dirt while doing it.
