Segment really was a great company to work for, however due to lack of growth there was a lot of layoffs, which impacted morale. I still think it’s a good option for anyone who can tune that out

Very tough to hit quota in this role. CDP space is highly saturated and many businesses considers CDPs “nice to have.”

Segment has raised quotas for H2 an obscene amount. The new quota was only hit by one NA ENT rep in H1 and amounts to a 10% pay cut. Short sighted move by a company pushing for more AE pipe gen because they can't figure out how to message in ways that will resonate with the market.

My overall experience has been ok. Segment has great front line management, but the company in general does not have a clear message to the market.
