Still a very good org. CDP space is becoming more crowded as players enter the market by way of acquisition or becoming composable personalization tools that are “lightweight CDPs”. Still a place for Segment as they have done a good job of positioning themselves as a market leader.

My overall experience has been positive the only thing I feel should be changed is the fact that they have an inbound team to work all the inbound leads and send those leads to the AE’s rather than sending those to the SDRs

Lackluster across the board, good base, awful compensation plan changes, penalizing reps for churn and contraction regardless of reasons for churn (I.e. bankruptcy etc), middle management atrocious, OTE substantially lower, RSUs excellent.
