Terrible leadership is destroying this company. People who have never sold are creating comp plans. I do love the product and my peers, but Segment’s time is over. 5% of reps hit quota and they have introduced a penalty for churned accounts so you’ll be digging yourself out of a hole.

Segment is a great product and company. There is some instability at Twilio in general - lots of leadership changes and a need for more strong leaders to come into the business at the VP level and above
