I have joined Semrush over a year ago and cannot speak negatively about the experience. If you accept change being the only constant, having a disruptive and highly innovative surounding and selling a product with a high market fit, Semrush provides you this stage. Highly competitive base and variable packages, incentives for hard-working and teamplayers but also a position to accelerate your learnings and potentials. I have achieved P-Club, Promotion and other recognitions with in one year. Lost deals and celebrated wins. All together a good experience and career step.
