Current Employee Coming from another tech AE position, I’ve found Semrush to be an exciting place to be. The company has a strong product-market fit, and leadership consistently invests in product improvements based on customer feedback and the evolving landscape of digital marketing. While no single platform dominates the market, Semrush remains a leader, continuously expanding its offerings and making strategic acquisitions to strengthen its position.
Though there have been changes to compensation, quotas remain attainable, and the structure encourages reps to be both strategic and motivated.
