Current Employee Semrush Enterprise is having difficulty driving demand for its new platform that would require a significantly higher investment compared to its traditional PLG product. The organization, transitioning from PLM motion to SLM, was not prepared internally or ready to be supporting 1.2M quotas for new AEs in 2025, and it's costing the teams tens of thousands of dollars. The culture is good, but leadership seems to be disconnected from what they think should be happening versus what is actually happening. I think Semrush Enterprise has potential, but there's a ton of wrinkles that need to be ironed out.
