Current Employee My time at Semrush has had ups and downs, but I've never been more confident in the direction the company is headed. Current leadership cares about our success, the product is constantly improving, and inbound lead flow is strong. Love my team and manager. The people in general are great.
As with most sales organizations, comp structures are regularly evaluated and achieving quota is increasingly difficult YoY, but targets are still attainable and I anticipate a higher W2 this year compared to last. Base Salary is decent and in line with industry averages.
In many regards, the company operates like a startup, moving fast with a lot of change, and standards for high growth and strong performance. If that's something that excites you, I'd highly recommend joining the team.
It's not perfect - no sales org is. But I've learned a ton since joining and it's a place I feel I can grow my career. Looking forward to what 2025 might bring!
