Current Employee This place used to be a great sales organization and a good place to work for. However, over the last year, since management changed hands multiple times, things have drastically changed for the worse. Quotas and book assignments are often not ready until a month into the quarter, only to be raised and doubled mid-term with no warning, seemingly to avoid paying out bonuses and make it harder to achieve quotas. Expect a toxic environment of backstabbing and micromanagement from leaders, all to hit unattainable numbers or risk getting fired. Mental health has taken a serious hit for many reps, and there's zero trust in speaking up. Unfortunately, I have to say, don't join this sinking ship. The only positive aspect of selling here is the product itself and loyal customers.
