Job Description

FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.

As FieldPulse’s Sales Enablement Manager, you will be pivotal in empowering our sales team to achieve optimal performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tools, and resources that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques specific to SaaS
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training materials.
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and curate sales collateral, presentations, and other content that aligns with the unique value propositions of FieldPulse.
  • Ensure the availability of up-to-date and relevant content to support the sales team at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Analyze and streamline the sales processes, incorporating best practices and efficiency improvements for SaaS sales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions.
  • Technology Integration:
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Stay on top of the latest technologies and trends in SaaS domains to inform technology decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to promoting sales/.
  • Establish clear communication channels to share insights, updates, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years  experience in sales enablement in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and extremely organized
  • Leadership ability and desire to make a huge impact
