Does it make sense to join 1Password’s UK team as an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Nordics region? if I'm looking for a role with minimal micromanagement and a realistic path to hitting or exceeding quota over time. I’ve come across quite a few negative reviews over the past year or so.
More QuestionsWhat happened to 1P? It use to be a great place to work at. Now I'm reading reviews tha the company is going downhill from new leadership? How hard is it to hit Quota at 1password in an SMB or MM role? I see that the decelerators are pretty aggressive and if you miss quota you essentially don't make commission, is that true?
