If you're joining as an AE, go for SMB, it's where the product actually fits and where you'll find the most earning potential. The rest of the org is tough. Training is mostly DIY, and leadership doesn’t have much patience if you’re not hitting the ground running. There’s a weird “team lead” role that feels more like a manager-in-waiting but without real authority or quotas. Promotions are slow, and there’s constant pressure to push a legacy password manager that doesn’t deliver much value. Pro tip: Make friends with your BDR, align with leadership, and don’t rock the boat if you want to hit quota. Push back too hard, and you’ll be shown the door.

Horrible. Do not work here. Quota is unattainable and management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. You’re much better off going somewhere else. Account Executives quitting every month so far.

Very few reps hit quota. I think the average is about 20-30%. Also the compensation structure is not motivating. You get a very small percentage at 60% which most people don't hit. So if you are looking to make money outside of your salary, it's tough. The Repvue ranking for cybersecurity companies hitting quota is accurate. 1Password is at the bottom.
