The majority of the sales leadership team is very questionable. There are hopes of an IPO but to do this, toxic leaders need to be replaced with experienced and respectable ones. Over the last year most sales reps are no where near achieving quota, despite working very hard, and nothing is being done about this aside from over hiring and avoiding obvious problems that need to be addressed

Mixed bag. Pros: Great IC’s, good product leader in market, fully remote, decent WLB. Cons: Favoritism here is on another level. They have zero structure or automation for leads so SDRs mainly give them to whoever they want (who they like, who they know, etc.) and despite bringing this up constantly to leadership, nothing is done. Favouritism is rampant in the GTM segment, your attainment strongly depends on the inbound leads you receive from your manager as well as the quality of your accounts which are distributed unevenly.
