Former Employee2.6Jul 17, 2025 5-10 out of 40 reps hit target, not much guidance from leadership other than keep sending emails and dialing. 15 reps have left since Jan with many on stress leave, all around vibe/culture isn’t great as many are looking to leave. Pay is below market standard for an org this size. A lot of favoritism as well which causes tension between reps.

The quotas are unreasonable, and favoritism is rampant, with certain reps receiving inbound leads while others are left struggling. Voicing concerns to leadership often leads to being managed out of the company.
