Current Employee Mixed bag.
Pros: Great IC’s, good product leader in market, fully remote, decent WLB.
Cons: Favoritism here is on another level. They have zero structure or automation for leads so SDRs mainly give them to whoever they want (who they like, who they know, etc.) and despite bringing this up constantly to leadership, nothing is done. Morale is super low across the broad. Maybe 10% consistently hit quota? They change their product vision constantly and have the sales team sell the products before the products are ready.
