Two failed product acquisitions. Leadership keeps changing and so is the strategy behind those two new products in hopes of turning the company into a multi-product solution. Enterprise password management is the bread-and-butter of 1Password but it has been neglected. Bugs are going longer without being fixed, more outages, operating without a product roadmap for the past 9 months and no clear vision on what's next.

The majority of the sales leadership team is very questionable. There are hopes of an IPO but to do this, toxic leaders need to be replaced with experienced and respectable ones. Over the last year most sales reps are no where near achieving quota, despite working very hard, and nothing is being done about this aside from over hiring and avoiding obvious problems...Read More

Very bad outlook in the end. Consolidating the NET new and expansion teams caused mass confusion and an exodus. Don't expect your managers to assist or train you in any way unless you suck up. You will never get promoted, so don't bother from the outset.
