Right now, not a place I'd recommend working as an AE. Hybrid AE / AM role with very little structure, low inbound lead flow and an org not built for outbound. Comp plan makes it hard to earn and the marketing / product strategy at the moment doesn't match reality. Potential is there, but not a place for 'now' in 2025.
