They carry top-of-the-line products but leadership is toxic and needs to be replaced for the teams to be successful; word of wisdom find a new opportunity that will actually help you succeed the commission structure is so flawed because instead of taking the time to understand the market that they decided to pursue they are trying to make it like the insurance industry

Leadership plays favorites, very supportive, outdated technology, and software. Very toxic sales environment, the top guys don't like to work in a team. It's every man for himself.
