Meh. They constantly changed the way our comp was structured and not a lot of diversity. Not a lot of training or career development here and they told us they would not promote BDRs to AEs. My whole team was forced to look outside the organization for growth opportunities.

Things have been changing, mainly due to the economic outlook. Things are just getting a little bit tighter, a little bit more micromanagy. It has definitely been more difficult to hit quota, where in the past, it was definitely attainable. They have been changing some of the "Rules" and incentives, but it is making quota harder to hit.
