Adobe's culture and leadership need to improve within the Sales Organization. The quotas are extraordinarily high and almost unattainable. Additionally, the compensation metrics are extremely convoluted and have limited transparency. Diversity is lacking, with few opportunities for career growth for African-Americans and women.
