It has definitely been more difficult to hit quota, where in the past, it was definitely attainable. They have been changing some of the "Rules" and incentives, but it is making quota harder to hit. Current Employee3.7May 21, 2024Overall the experience has been good just the market is tough and you need to hope you have a great patch as there are limitations. Benefits are great with private health and maternity leave. But no real career progression. Some people are in the role for 3 to 5 years before being promoted.
