Great product market fit and great culture. Seemingly by design, the quotas are quite out of reach, but conversely there's a healthy patience for getting there so you don't have a target on your back.

I loved my time at Adobe, but they generally under pay sales reps. If you leave, get a pay bump, and "boomerang" back you should get a pay increase, if you can get on board. I felt victimized by the corporate D&I policy, as I am a white male and not given as many opportunities as female/minority/LGBT folks.

better understanding of the number of people hitting quota. Quotas went up last year and are more difficult to achieve.

Mixed overall experience, there were strong territories and weak. Overall strong leadership and company values, but compensation structure and quotas were not tailored to industry pillars. Folks who were in strong adopters of DX were in a strong spot, for industries that were laggards, quotas were very difficult to achieve.
