Mixed overall experience, there were strong territories and weak. Overall strong leadership and company values, but compensation structure and quotas were not tailored to industry pillars. Folks who were in strong adopters of DX were in a strong spot, for industries that were laggards, quotas were very difficult to achieve.

My experience here varied so much depending on who my manager was ranging from harassment to some really life changing leadership. Overall, it’s a good old boys’ club with unattainable quotas and tech that innovates at a snails pace and take millions to implement. My overall experience was good, I think I had a great leader but when I got into the ISR role in the Digital Media space, it felt like I had to be there for at least 5 years regardless of my performance.
