Current Employee Base salary is competitive, however OTE’s are highly territory-dependent. Quotas are unattainable in most territories. Attrition from ARR churn eats into attainment and commission potential. Overall benefits are outstanding. Company culture is 9/10 and sales culture is a 6/10. NA Enterprise Sales team has heavy internal competition and operates as two P&L’s for Digital Media and Digital Experience. These two consistently compete against each other on deals and for client wallet share. This creates confusion with customer execs. The Adobe brand represents innovation, it is well established and respected, but some newer solutions are rushed to market.
