Benefits are great with private health and maternity leave. But no real career progression. Some people are in the role for 3 to 5 years before being promoted.

No clear direction - changes every year, semi-toxic/cliquey culture, VERY difficult to get out of the BDR role - expect at least 2 years here. Worth it for the brand recognition and enormous potential to move internally...Read More
