Former Employee They change everything every year. Build teams and let them all go within a matter of months. Lay off managers/directors with 15 years tenure who have had record performance. Absolutely no job security, no matter your performance. I've seen whole teams get cut and the only person who stayed was the lowest performing. When they split our team up, half got on a team with unrealistic quotas and really struggled, people started to get cut, the other half of us had extremely achievable quotas and everyone ended well above, and they waited to cut a few people until the end of the year - for seemingly no rhyme or reason. A great company and place to work overall, but your luck can change in a second here. Not good about promoting - everyone in Global Strategic level sales has had to leave and go elsewhere to get the experience.
