Adobe as a company is incredible. Amazing overall leadership, very intentional DEI initiatives, product, broad culture, etc. Inside sales is tough. No clear direction - changes every year, semi-toxic/cliquey culture, VERY difficult to get out of the BDR role - expect at least 2 years here. Worth it for the brand recognition and enormous potential to move internally or buy you credibility externally.

Would not recommend if you’re looking to eventually became an AE and you’re coming in as a BDR on the DX side of the business. I know a ton of talented folks who spend 2-4 yrs as a BDR and the only real upward path is to become a renewals specialist (not a real closing role by any stretch).
