Anonymous Sales ProMay 16, 2024
after laying off 40% of staff in the last few years, now Airtable are hiring again. What has changed? they seem to be positioning themselves more as a no-code app platform than a work management one. is it worth interviewing with them? how are the surviving AEs doing in terms of attainment etc..?

More QuestionsCulture and Leadership score on here for Airtable is a little shaky - is it a pretty cut-throat environment right now? Why is it comparatively low / What could they do better? After the big RIF in late 2022 it looks like the Sales Org is growing capacity again the last year or two - but Quota Attainment is still pretty depressed in the 25-35% range - are there enough opportunities to go around to be successful if they continue to hire more reps? Thanks!
