Culture and Leadership score on here for Airtable is a little shaky - is it a pretty cut-throat environment right now? Why is it comparatively low / What could they do better?
More QuestionsAfter the big RIF in late 2022 it looks like the Sales Org is growing capacity again the last year or two - but Quota Attainment is still pretty depressed in the 25-35% range - are there enough opportunities to go around to be successful if they continue to hire more reps?
