It was a great place to start out. Right about the 300th hire, I got to help build a ton, but as it scaled it fell apart. The product is great, but not a necessity to run most businesses. Sales leadership was toxic as hell, rude, and condescending while not being able to sell their own product. My coworkers were awesome, the comp was fine, I look back at it relatively fondly, but it did take 9mo to get a predatory manager removed after weekly inappropriate behavior… that really put a damper on things. I still use the product years after leaving.

Transitioning from PLG to outbound and a bit of a mess internally. Good culture, perks and base pay - you need to be a bit lucky with your book to make decent money, but if that goes your way, it's a nice gig.
